Urban and rural reserves

In the Portland metropolitan region, urban and rural reserves, along with the urban growth boundary, are the underpinnings of the region’s land use and protection planning.  This map shows the rural reserves, the urban reserves and also includes the urban growth boundary, major streams and rivers, and county boundaries.
